All of the object of study determine FT3、FT4、TSH and TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C, Used intervention treatment observation group until detected thyroid function in normal range,then,detected the norm of blood fat. Consequence1. thyroid function reduce easily happened to female in old people, in especial BMI exceed normal reference value range2. After Use levothyroxine intervention treatment, we find the clinical symptoms are improvement, Triglyceride、cholestero、low density lipoprotein all obvious drop than before take in treatment (P<0.01)3.After adjust to age sex Ect factors, low density lipoprotein level of the subclinical hypothyroidism group are not very lower than the level of clinical hypothyroidism. Otherwise, TC、TG clinical hypothyroidism obvious drop between two groups, drop degree of low density lipoprotein remarkable less than subclinical hypothyroidism group. Conclusion: subclinical hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism at old we can all find that blood fat developmental and metaboilc disorder, after use levothyroxine intervention treatment, we find the clinical symptoms are improvement, and blood fat unusual condition iproment at varying degrees inordinately.
