| Objective To investigate the valuation of MSCT in the diagnosis of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH) in COPD.Methods The diameters and areas of the pulmonary artery were measured in81cases with COPD and100cases normal adult,and the ratio of the diameters and areas of main pulmonary artery (MPA) to ascending aorta(AA),descending aorta(DA),trachea, thoracic vertebra(ThV) were also caculated.To analyze the relationship with PAH in COPD.Results There was significant difference between the group of COPD and control group. There was significant difference in groups of COPD<40y,40-60y,>60y, and control group. There was significant difference in groups of COPD grade â… ,â…¡,â…¢,â…£ and control group. There was significant difference in groups of sPAP>50mmHg,sPAP≤50mmHg and control group.There was positive correlation between and the observed indexes about pulmonary artery in COPD. There was nagetive correlation between FEV1%and the part of the observed indexes.Conclusion MSCT has an irreplaceable advantages in diagnosis of in COPD. The diameter ratio of MPA to trachea,the area of MPA, the diameter ratio of MPA to ThV can as diagnostic criterias to evaluate the PAH in COPD with the previous indexes together. |
