| Cholangiocarcinoma has increased in the trend of global in recent years, itis the fifth in Gastrointestinal malignancy of our country. Cholangiocarcinomaoffen occurs in middle age of the patients, with the most attacking ages from50to59years old.The men and women incidence of cholangiocarcinoma in ourcountry is about1.4:1. Most cholangiocarcinomas are hilar cholangiocarcinoma,which has a special anatomical location.They have invasive growth features,they can metastasis through the method of local infiltrationã€lymph metastasisand peritoneal implantation, and there is no clear limit out of the surroundingtissue, so the operation cure rate is very low,and the prognosis is poor, and thefive-year survival rate is only about5%.Cholangiocarcinoma invasion and metastasis is a complex process, whichis according to three unending processes of matrix, stromatolysis and mobile.The cholangiocarcinoma cells degrade basement membrane matrix in the local,and then the tumor cells infiltrat into parts around from the dissolved basementmembrane matrix. The MMPs family paly an important role in this process, andthe MMP2and MMP9play a leading role. The cholangiocarcinoma cells get acrazy growth at the same time, which needs rich nutrition.Angiogenesis is thenecessary conditions of tumor growth and the transfer, and it aiso has a closerelation to cancer occurrence, development and transfer. VEGF,which is thestrongest activitive and specificitive angiogenesis, can increase the vascularpermeability which can help endothelial cell migration, can induce tumorangiogenesis, can maintain cancer continueing to grow. VEGF also canpromote cell division,proliferation and migration specificly.It play a crucialrole in the tumor angiogenesis process. These similarities make MMP2, MMP9and VEGF in this research. Objective: to study the MMP2, MMP9and VEGF expression incholangiocarcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues, and the relationship betweenthe clinical and pathological features.Methods: we detect48cases cholangiocarcinoma and16cases of canceradjacent tissues MMP2, MMP9and and VEGF expression through the SPimmunohistochemical method,and analyzes the relationship between MMP2,MMP9and and VEGF expression and the positive clinical parameters.Results: the expression of MMP2, MMP9and VEGF are higher incholangiocarcinoma than adjacent tissues (P <0.05). The expressiondifferentiation with sex, age, and tumor degree are significant differences.Conclusion: MMP2, MMP9and VEGF is high expression incholangiocarcinoma. there is a correlation between MMP2, MMP9, VEGFexpression and gender, age.Tumor differentiation degree is lower, the MMP2,MMP9and VEGF have a higher expression... |
