Research Into Quality Assessment Standard On AMI-based Nursing Practice

ObjectiveThis essay aims to develop a scientific, objective and all-inclusive nursing quality assessment standard pertaining to acute myocardial infarction which combines clinical practice with evidence-based nursing experience and to come up with theoretical protocol and corresponding examples with the intention of promoting quality management regarding individual disease varieties.MethodsReferenced on professional literature and under the guidance of single disease quality management, this essay adopts the maneuver of qualitative research and expert discussion making a preliminary assessment protocol regarding AMI’s nursing quality evaluation standard in Zhejiang Province which contains two prospects i.e.emergency treatment and hospital wards.Principles including Delphi consultation and5-Classification Likert Scale are used to evaluate the significance and operability on the rudimentary indexes of AMI.21medical experts of Zhejiang Province are contacted for consultation and approval as regard the structure, connotation, examination methods and proportions of the standard. Posterior to the completion of the standard, this essay also includes tests which use experts positive coefficient, authority coefficient, variation coefficient, and coordinate coefficient, etc.to verify the reliability and representativeness of expert consultation. ResultsThe building contains in the emergency room and hospital ward two parts of the connotation of24indexes, evaluation methods and the weight of zhejiang province of acute myocardial infarction single disease nursing quality assessment standards.2wheel expert consultation positive coefficient were95.45%and100.00%(>70%),experts authority coefficients for0.89(>0.70),two wheels experts consultation of the importance of each index variation coefficient is0.00-0.14, the maneuverability is variation coefficient is0.00-0.28,were less than0.30.ConclusionsBuild a contains two primary index,5second-level indexes,24of level3index of the zhejiang province with acute myocardial infarction in single disease nursing quality evaluation standard, established the index of the structure, at all levels, evaluation methods and weight connotation. Experts consultation positive coefficient, authority coefficient, coefficient of variation results prove experts consulting representative and high reliability.
