Clinical Effect Observation Of Maopubanxiaoyinfang On Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: General evaluate the clinical curative effect by performing the clinicalstudy of Maopubanxiaoyinfang in treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris.Method:1.Divide the patients who are suffering from Psoriasis Vulgaris into twogroups randomly.2.The treatment group(Maopubanxiaoyinfang group) includes36cases; simmer in water for about200ml, taking twice a day, warm drink,and the control group (capsule of compound recipe Qingdai group) includes36cases; taking four capsules for three times everyday. The treatment continuesfor8weeks.3. Observing indicators: the change of symptom, the physicalsign(lesion part and limit, erythema, scale, infiltrative degree etc.)； safetyindicators(the satety grade, adverse reactions).4. Evaluation method: evaluatethe score of PASI before the treatment and after.Result:1.Overall effect of the treatment group was82.35%and control group was77.14%(P<0.01), that one between groups at post-treatment have no statisticalsignificance(P>0.05), the difference show that treatment group has therapeuticequivalence with control group on PASI score.2. General effect comparisonbetween test team and control group has no statistical significance(P>0.05), whichshow treatment grouphas therapeutic equivalence with control group on generaleffect.3. Comparison of adverse reaction: treatment group recurrence rate of lessthan control group. Treatment groupfound no adverse reaction, two cases ofcontrol group had untoward reacting gastrointeseinal disorder、 diarrhea ect. It isno affect the treatment.5. cosr analysis: economic cost of control group is threetimes of test team, which show the last is economic clinical medicine.Conclusion: The Maopuban therapy is better than qingdai therapy in treatment ofPsoriasis Vulgaris.
