Argatroban Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke Curative Effect And Application Time Clinical Research

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Argatroban in treatingacute cerebral infarction in different period with24h. Methods About156acutecerebral infarction patients onset within48h were recruited in Beijing militarygeneral hospital. The patients were divided2groups according the treatment:Argatroban group (n=80)and control group(n=76). The subgroup were definedaccording to the different period: group A(6-12h, n=28) and group B(13-24h, n=52).Compare the value of NIHSS after7days. Results:1.There were the significantdifference between the different group.2. There were no significant differencebetween A and B group. Conclusion:There were good clinical efficacy ofArgatroban in treating acute cerebral infarction and no relationship with the differentperiod.
