| Objective:Detection of patients with allergic rhinitis and normal human serum levels of COX-2, Serum levels of COX-2and relationship between allergic rhinitis, To study the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis provide a new theoretical basis,and Drugs for treatment of allergic rhinitis to find a new specific targets.Methods:By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection of allergic rhinitis patients and normal serum levels of COX-2, Comparison of AR patients and healthy people, the serum concentration of different COX-2Results:A group of patients with allergic rhinitis serum COX-2levels higher than those in the control group, four groups more statistically significant (P<0.05); Rhinitis before treatment COX-2levels higher than serum after treatment, two groups of comparisons are statistically significant (P<0.05); Rhinitis after treatment COX-2serum level compared with controls, no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion COX-2in serum may be related to the occurrence of allergic rhinitis, patients with AR disease is expected to become, development, treatment and prognosis of the dynamics observed. |
