Objective Summary of Splenectomy on treatment of refractory IdiopathicThrombocytopenic Purpura: therapeutic effect and influence factors of, look for preoperativeprediction of therapeutic effects of Splenectomy. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical dataof 15 years of hospital splenectomy in treatment of refractory ITP patients (62 cases); age,gender, and whether the preoperative bleeding, preoperative response to hormones, spleenenlargement, surgery the relationship between the platelet peak and splenectomy therapy.Results In 62 cases, effective in 34 cases, good effect in 13 cases, 10 cases improved, 5 cases areinvalid; efficiency (show good effect for 75.8% +).Gender and spleen enlargement withsplenectomy curative effect is independent of the grouping factors, no significant differencebetween; bleeding symptoms, age, postoperative platelet peak, bone marrow megakaryocytefactors between groups difference has statistics significance; multiple factor analysis show that,the preoperative responses to hormones and preoperative platelet count spleen resection efficacyis the main influence factor; the two there is a significant difference between the index group (P< 0.005).Conclusion Preoperative hormone response and preoperative platelet count withclinical use should be the value can be used as a predictor of the efficacy of splenectomy.
