The pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in digestive system.The risk of pancreatic cancer in recent years is obviously rising, in many malignant tumor and in male the risk of pancreatic cancer has risen to the fourth, and in women has also risen to the third. Because of it has no obvious and specific symptoms and signs in the early time, it is lack of simple, reliable diagnostic method, and the characteristics of the anatomy of the pancreas.the pancreatic cancer occurs in the earlier surrounding tissue and distant metastasis infringement, only 2.6% to 9% of the patients can get radical resection, and most of the radical excision surgery patients lose the chance. In order to conquer pancreatic cancer, many medical scholars have done a lot of work in mechanism of pancreatic cancer and clinical characteristics of pancreatic cancer, Study of pancreatic cancer and gastrointestinal tumors has been an important research hotspot.In order to further research the role of and the relationship between Rock2 and APK1 protein in the development and occurrence of pancreatic cancer. The experimental use of immunohistochemical SP method for detection of Rock2 protein and APK1 protein in pancreatic cancer tissue, normal pancreas and insulinoma tissues, and study of the correlation between them in pancreatic cancer. ObjectiveTo research the expression of Rock2 protein and APK1 protein in pancreatic cancercancerous tissue, normal pancreatic tissue, and insulin tumor tissue; And according to the expression of Rock2 protein and APK1 protein in each of these organizations and the relationship among the clinical pathologic features including age, gender, tumor size, tumor location, lymph node metastasis, differentiation degree and the clinical stage, this paper discusses the role of Rock2 protein and APK1 protein in pancreatic cancerMethodThe specimens are from the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university. The information of the specimens is complete. There are 59 cases of pancreatic cancer specimens,27 cases of insulin tumor specimens, and 16 cases of normal pancreatic specimens, Which collected by the pathologists of the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university and all the specimens were provided the pathology tests verify. All of the patients did not receive preoperative chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Five cases of the normal pancreatic tissue come from pancreatic resection becau se of traumatic. Eleven cases were confirmed to be normal pancreas after pancreatic resection surger. Useing immunohistochemical to test the expression of Rock2 protein and APK1 protein in pancreatic cancer cancerous tissue, insulin tumor tissue and normal pancreas tissue, using the statistical methods to analysis of Rock2 protein and APK1 protein in pancreatic cancer, and at the same time analysis the relationship among the clinical and pathological material including patients with age, sex, tumor size, tumor location, lymph node metastasis, differentiation degree and the clinical stagesResults1. The expression of Rock2 protein in pancreatic cancer organizations (69.5%) compared with the expression of Rock2 protein in insulin tumor tissue (18.5 %) and normal pancreas tissue (12.5%) has significant difference (P<0.05), the expression of Rock2 protein in insulin tumor tissue (18.5%) and normal pancreas tissue (12.5%) has no significantly difference (P> 0.05); The expression of Rock2 protein have negative relations with the patient’s age, gender, tumor location, size irrelevant (P> 0.05).The expression of Rock2 protein have positive relations with happening lymph node metastasis, pancreatic cancer tissue pathology classification and pancreatic cancer on the clinical stage (P< 0.05).2. The expression of APK1 protein in pancreatic cancer organizations (66.1%) compared with the expression of APK1 protein in insulin tumor tissue (26.0%) and normal pancreas tissue (18.8%) has significant difference (P <0.05), the expression of APK1 protein in insulin tumor tissue (26.0%) and normal pancreas tissue (18.8%) has no significantly difference (P> 0.05); The expression of APK1 protein have negative relations with the patient’s age, gender, tumor location, size irrelevant (P> 0.05).The expression of APK1 protein have positive relations with happening lymph node metastasis, pancreatic cancer tissue pathology classification and pancreatic cancer on the clinical stage (P< 0.05)3. The finally results showed that the expression of Rock2 protein and APK1 protein in pancreatic cancer has a positive correlation between each other (r-0.38, P< 0.05).Conclusions1 The expression of Rock2 protein in pancreatic cancer organizations is higher than he expression of Rock2 protein in insulin tumor tissue and normal pancreas tissue. The expression of protein have positive relations with happening lymph node metastasis, pancreatic cancer tissue pathology classification and pancreatic cancer on the clinical stage. Rock2 plays a important role in the occurrence, development process of the pancreatic cancer 2. The expression of APK1 protein in pancreatic cancer organizations is higher than he expression of APkl protein in insulin tumor tissue and normal pancreas tissue. The expression of protein have positive relations with happening lymph node metastasis, pancreatic cancer tissue pathology classification and pancreatic cancer on the clinical stage.
