Compared The Effect Of Sevoflurane-remifentanil And Propofol-remifentanil On Expression Of BCL-2 And P53 Induced By The Right Hepatic Tumor Resection

Objective:To compared the effect of sevoflurane-remifentanil and propofol-remifentanil on cell apoptosis induced by hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods:Anesthesia for elective resection of 40 patients who had the right liver with hepatic occlusion Parallel, aged 30-70 years old, weighing 40-80 kg,ASAⅡ-Ⅲlevel, liver function Child A class.We randomly divided into 2 groups:sevoflurane-remifentanil group (group S) and propofol-remifentanil group (group P),20 cases eaeh.The blood of left radial artery was sampled in the time:before induction of anesthesia(T0), immediately after the opening of hepatic Portal(T1), postoperative day(T2).And alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels was contented.Liver tissue were sampled, Bcl-2 and P53 protein expression in liver tissue was assessed by immunohisto-chemical method, The histological change of liver were observed using light microscopy.Results:To general,there were not significan difference portal triad clamping time and blood loss between group S and group P (P>0.05). There were significan difference AST、ALT between T1、T2 and T0 both in group S and group P;There were no significan difference the pathological lesions under light microscope between group S and group P.There were 50%and 40%of expression intensity of the Bcl-2 protein and P53 protein in group S.And their hazard ratios was-0.62, (P<0.05).There were 20%and 50%of expression intensity of the Bcl-2 protein and P53 protein in group P.And their hazard ratios was-0.464(P<0.05). The intensity of Bcl-2 in group S was higher than group P,which was significan difference.Conclusions:The intensity of Bcl-2 in group S was higher than group P.
