Objective:Through vivo experiments, to research the relationship between hyperuricemia and platelet aggregation under different conditions and use uric acid lowering drug Benzbromarone intervention to explore the effects of hyperuricemia on platelet aggregation. In vitro experiments, through the research of serum uric acid on platelet aggregation function with or without a direct effect, provide the basis for the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods:In vivo:Forty patients with simple hyperuricemia (Group B),22patients with acute gout (Group C),40hyperuricemia patients with hyperlipidemia, hypertension, high blood sugar or coronary heart disease (Group D), and30healthy subjects (Group A) were selected, all cases are adult males. The experiments use adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and adrenaline inducer, platelet aggregation rate (PAgT) in each group was tested and compared by turbidimetry method. Patients with blood uric acid more than478μmol/L were treated by benzbromarone for20d. PAgT was compared between before and after treatment. In vitro:Select30healthy adult male volunteers, venous blood and blank self-control, add100mg/L,150mg/L and200mg/L uric acid to the blood respectively and into the oven temperature bath, the role of30min,60min,90min preparation of platelet rich plasma (PRP) and platelet poor plasma (PPP), with the in vivo experiments to test the PAgT, and for statistical analysis. Results:In vivo:Compared with the normal control group, PAgT in group B. group C and group D increased markedly, and there is significant difference (P<0.05); After benzbromarone treatment, serum uric acid levels significantly decreased with significant difference (P<0.05), before and after treatment compared, patients PAgT have decreased; in vitro:two kinds of indicters under different concentrations of uric acid intervention30,60,90min, PAgT compared with normal controls has an upward trend, but there is no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The experiments showed that simple hyperuricemia can promote platelet aggregation, further increased PAgT in patients with acute gout and the hyperuricemia merge sugar, lipid metabolism disorder; To reduce high uric acid has a positive effect on the inhibition of platelet aggregation.
