| Objective: In two groups of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were performedLISS and DHS internal fixation in the treatment of, LISS and DHS clinical curative effect and safetyaspects of objective evaluation,for the future clinical application and promotion and providea theoretical basis.Methods: From2009October to2011September in Affiliated Hospital of Yan’anUniversity bone surgical diagnosis and treatment of61cases of closed intertrochantericfracture of femur in the elderly patients, the follow-up data integrity, LISS for30cases,DHS in treatment of31cases of patients with specific conditions, According to thespecific circumstances of patients randomly divided into two groups, respectively LISSand DHS internal fixation in the treatment of. Retrospective review of all medical records,analysis of two groups of patients with operation time, intra operative bleeding andoperation incision length, functional recovery of the hip joint, postoperative bonenonunion and bone fracture healing time. Do statistical analysis, evaluation of twoclinical curative effect.Results: After6to18months of follow-up, group LISS and group DHS hip functionscores showed no significant difference (P>0.05); LISS group and DHS group ofpostoperative nonunion of no significant difference (P>0.05), LISS group, operationtime is less than DHS group, there was significant difference (P <0.05) intraoperativeblood loss; in group LISS than in the DHS group, there was significant difference (P <0.05); group LISS operation incision length less than DHS group, there was significant difference (P <0.05); group LISS fracture healing time is shorter than DHS group, therewas no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: for femoral intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients, DHS and LISSwere good internal fixation method. But inverted LISS little trauma, short operation time,the unstable fracture with osteoporosis in elderly patients with good stability, and has agood application prospect. |
