Study On The Present Situation Of Medical Treatment And Influencing Factors For Type2Diabetes Mellitus In Community Of Fuzhou City

Objective: Through understanding present situation of drug use in patients with type2diabetes mellitus in community of Fuzhou and analysis of its influencing factors,proposed countermeasures and proposals on promoting rational drug use in patientswith community-related.Methods:6community health service centers which extract to the Fuzhou TaijiangDistrict and Gulou District is engaged in the medical personnel who chronic illnessmanages to carry on the structural formula interview. Draw an item at random carryon600from these community health service center management’s type2diabetesmellitus about the medication present situation and the influencing factorquestionnaire survey.Result: Survey shows drug control disease in patients with92.97%; a drug used aloneto control disease in patients with the highest percentage of,57.04%; the highestproportion of a drug used alone as gliclazide, combined with two of the highest ratesof drug use are gliclazide and metformin. Single factor analysis showed that factorsaffecting patients with age, educational level, dietary control, complexity of theregimen, awareness of the disease and whether the family members concerned，eta.After multi-dimensional Logistic regression analysis, attention of patients ’ relatives,awareness of the disease, education level, control of diet, the number of medications,and control of body mass index statistically significant effect on patients.The community medical staff interview results show that the deepening medicalreform, the establishment of a system of essential medicines list and more treatmentof type2diabetes drugs into the Medicare catalog and other relevant governmentpolicies; inadequate publicity and community health service center staff numbers areinadequate, receive less training, chronic disease management tasks are arduous andrelatively low income, increased mobility, such as community health servicesworkers have a certain impact factors for type2diabetic patients with medication.Conclusion: In view of the above three aspect influencing factor proposed that urgesthe countermeasure which the Fuzhou community2diabetics apply drugs reasonably and suggested:(1) from government angle: Increases the propaganda dynamics,enhances diabetes knowing rate, the popular diabetes related knowledge, furtherconsummates the foundation support policy, reduces the patient to treat the burden;Provides the positive human resources support policy; Improvement communitychronic illness supervisory work personnel’s working conditions; Establisheson-the-job training mechanism, raises the basic unit medical technology level.(2)from community health service provider angle: Prompt renewal medical serviceknowledge, promotion medical technology; Increases the propaganda the form;Strengthens to the old age patient family member’s education; Strengthens to2diabetics about diabetes disease knowledge education and so on.(3) from patient andpatient family member angle: Strengthens to the policy the understanding; Enhancesto disease’s understanding; Urges the family member to patient’s attention; Cultivationto community health service center trust and support.
