The Clinical Effects Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicine Treatment For Shoulder Hand Syndrome Sequela Of Stroke

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with medicinetreatment for shoulder hand syndrome sequela of stroke, and provide more new effectivemethod and means for clinical treatment of shoulder Hand Syndrome (Shoulder-Hand, SHS).Methods:1. Clinical data The150patients were averagely randomize to acupuncture combinedwith medicine group, Chinese traditional medicine group and comparison group. Comparisongroup is treated with rehabilitation therapy. The Chinese traditional medicine group is treatedwith homemade BuQiHuaTanTongLuo Decoction on the basis of the comparison group.Theacupuncture combined with medicine group is treated with Chinese traditional medicine andacupuncture on the basis of the comparison group. Acupuncture treatment in accordance withthe cause of acupuncture. After treated for four weeks, we observe the clinical curative effectof each group and clinical symptoms, upper limb pain, movement function, recurrence, mainblood rheology index and changes in the quality of life before and after treatment of the threegroups.The results：1. Clinical curative effect comparison: The study indicates that the three groups treat SHSare all have a good clinical curative effect. There is a statistically significant differencebetween the acupuncture combined with medicine group and the other groups (P<0.01). Thereis a statistically significant difference between the Chinese traditional medicine group and theComparison group (P<0.05).2. VAS score comparison: The VAS score of the three groups before and after treatment isdifferent, there is a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). There is a statisticallysignificant difference between the acupuncture combined with medicine group and the othergroups (P<0.01). There is a statistically significant difference between the other twogroups(P<0.01).3. FMA score comparison: The FMA score of the three groups before and after treatment is different, there is a statistically significant difference (P<0.01).There is a statisticallysignificant difference between the acupuncture combined with medicine group and the othergroups (P<0.01). There is a statistically significant difference between the other twogroups(P<0.05).4. The hemorrheologic indices comparison: Each index of the acupuncture combined withmedicine group before and after treatment is different, there is a statistically significantdifference (P<0.05). The whole blood viscosity reduction, Red blood cells deposited, Plateletaggregation rate of the Chinese traditional medicine group before and after treatment isdifferent, and Platelet aggregation rate of the comparison group before and after treatment isdifferent(P<0.05).ConclusionThe results of the study indicate that: Syndromes curative effect integral, VAS score, FMAscore and the hemorrheologic indices of the three groups before and after the treatment isdifference. And also shows us that the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined withmedicine treatment for shoulder hand syndrome sequela of stroke is difinite.It cansignificantly improve the quality of life in patients with.
