| Objective: To investigate the correlation between Lymph Node Metastasis andClinical and pathological features in Thoracic Segment Esophageal Carcinomas, andrealize the characteristics of Lymph Node Metastasis in Esophageal Carcinomas. Methods: We retrospectively studied the clinical data of110Thoracic SegmentEsophageal Carcinoma patients who had surgically treated in the Department ofThoracic Surgery of the First Affiliated of Fujian Medical University from Jan.2011to Dec.2011. Using the SPSS for Windows17.0, we study the relevance factors oflymph node metastasis by Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis。Results:The overall rate of LNM is40.83%and the degree of LNM is8.25%.Through the chi-square test, the difference of the rate of LNM in different depths ofinfiltration and degree of differentiation, lengths of tumor is statistically significant(P<0.05), but it is not in the different habit of smoking and drinking, the differentintake of preserved food, the different sex, age, tumor locations and grosspathological and histological types. Through further gradually logistic regressionanalysis, the depths of infiltration and the degree of differentiation, lengths of tumorhave real correlation to the LNM of EC (P<0.05).Conclusion:The depths of infiltration, degree of differentiation, lengths of tumor arethe risk factors that affect LNM, and sex, age, smoking, drinking, preserved food, thetumor locations, the length of the tumor, the gross pathological and histological typeshave no significant affect on the LNM.... |
