Methods Collect133cases of surgical pathology diagnosis of liverhemangioma from November2006to June2011in hepatobiliary surgeryin the retrospective analysis method, conclude the indications ofthe surgical treatment of liver hemangioma.Results133patients were performed open or Laparoscopic surgery,including irregular liver resection:100cases, right liver resection1case, left half liver excision2cases,the caudate lobe resection3cases; regular segment liver resecation is30cases; Laparoscopicresection of the liver in10.Hemangioma sutured3cases. Hemangiomaenucleation3cases. Intraoperative B ultrasound use for guiding orpositioning. Hemangioma microwave treatment in1.39gallbladdersremoved because of chronic cholecystitis, gallstones, gallbladderpolyps. First portal block in98cases,74%; no block in35cases,26%. An average of the length of hospital time is17days.22patientshave postoperative complications.Conclusions Surgical indications of the liver hemangioma treatmentshould be controlled strictly, surgical resection is safe andeffective,using intraoperative B to guide and position canincrease the safety of the operation, precise liver resection canreduce surgical complications.
