Objective: Using sound field to study effects in auditory threshold ondeafened children with cochlear implantation. Methods: The auditory threshold of deafened children with cochlear imp-lantation of48patients with33male,15female were detected by soud fi-eld,including250Hz and500Hz and1000Hz and2000Hz and4000HzAll the data were analyzed by statistics software SPSS16.0. Normal distr-ibution measurement data were shown as means±standard deviation(X±S). Independent-Sample T Test was applied when we compared the Pati-ents who are different groups. Results: Deafened children with CI who are≤3years old250Hzauditory threshold (29.38±9.24) dB;500Hz auditory threshold(28.33±7.02)dB;1000Hz auditory threshold(37.29±7.22)dB;2000Hz auditory threshold(49.38±5.38)dB were lower than those3-6yearsold group auditory threshold{(39.58±11.60)dB、(37.71±6.59)dB、(43.96±8.34)dB、(55.21±6.16)dB}.4000Hz auditory threshold werenot differrent。Deafened children with CI who are normal inner ear250Hz auditory threshold(34.5±10.39)dB;500Hz auditory threshold(42.00±10.33)dB;2000Hz auditory threshold(59.50±8.64)dB;4000 Hz auditory threshold(69.50±4.97)dB than those who are large vestibularaqueduct syndrome(LVAS){(35.00±5.27)dB、(50.50±10.66)dB、(62.50±7.55)dB、(73.00±6.75)dB}did not differ significantly.Deafened children with CI who are normal inner ear1000Hz auditorythreshold (51.00±6.99) dB was lower than those who are LVAS(62.00±8.88)dB.Conclusion: Auditory threshold of deafened children with cochlearimplantation in sound field is used to effect evaluation which is feasible.Itis shown a significance for clinical guidance to auditory threshold andspeech rehabilitation training of Deafened children with CI.
