| Objectives:To explore the appropriate preparation process of Superoxide dismutasetransfersomes and analyze its some characteristics and at last we study thetransdermal absorption of SOD transfersomes.Methods:Membrane-extrusion method was used to prepare SOD transfersomes. The BCAmethod was adopted to determine the SOD encapsulation efficiency(EE%).Furthermore,the method of pyrogallol self-oxidation was used to test theactivity of SOD.In addition,the permeation test was performed on the skin of rat.Results:The particle size of prepared SOD transfersomes distributed uniformly. Theconcentration of SOD from linear range of detection by BCA method was5-1000μg/ml.The encapsulation efficiency of SOD transfersomes was about (57.3±0.5)%and the average particle size was (158.4±12.5)nm.Compared with the SODsolution and SOD liposomes,the SOD transfersomes can penetrate through the skin ofrat and we have not detected SOD in the receptor solution of the SOD solution andSOD liposomes.Conclusion:The method for preparation SOD transfersomes is feasible and the analysissystem in vitro is stable.The received SOD transfersomes are higt encapsulationefficiency,and that the SOD transfersomes can penetrate through the skin of rat. |
