This paper mainly studies on the relations of the main enzymes activeties such as POD、SOD and CAT and the content of carbon and nitrogen with the seed vigor of Machilus pauhoi of Wuyuan, which were stored for one year based on different storage treatments.By variance analysis in seed to ascertain the influencing diference of the different storage treatments on the main enzymes activeties、the content of carbon and nitrogen and relative conductivity ,and by correlation analysis to make sure the relationship between the main enzymes activeties and the content of carbon and nitrogen and relative conductivity.The results were as follows:(1) There were significant differences on the effects of different treatments to the main enzymes activities and the content carbon and nitrogen of the seed of Machilus pauhoi. In four storage treatments,the minimum relative conductivity was A1 storage treatment;the maximal enzymes activities were POD in A4 storage treatment, SOD in A1 storage treatment, CAT in A2 storage treatment;the content of carbon in A4 storage treatment was minimum and the content of nitrogen in A3 storage treatment was maximal.(2) All of interactions of multiple factors and their combined prescriptions in the A1 treatment method had significant differences on seed vigor and the main enzymes activities and the content carbon and nitrogen of Machilus pauhoi, such as storage treatments, medicament varieties and medicament concentrations streatment time-periods different treatments. Relative conductivity in B1C1D2, POD in B2C5D1, SOD in B1C3D3, CAT in B3C1D1, C content in B3C2D2 and N content in B3C1D1 were best.(3) According to the analysises of correlation,it proved that as follows: SOD activity, nitrogen contentand C/N were closely ralated with the seed vigor of Machilus pauhoi. Thereinto, SOD activity and nitrogen content showed positive correlation with seed vigor, C/N showed negative correlation with seed vigor.
