| Fertilization is an important link in fruit production. however, it is difficult to makes fruit productionand high yield indicators coming true with human fertilizing way, and there is no homework in denseplanting orchard space for large trenching machinery of orchard used in large orchard, affects the fruitmarket competitiveness and restrict the development of xinjiang’s fruit. Combining with the characteristicsof dense planting orchard in xinjiang, self propelled burrowed fertilizer applicator was designed to solvelarge labor intensity, high labour costs etc problem and to improve the fruit production.Close planting orchard burrowed fertilizer applicator is put forward overall design,scheme of thewhole machine by digging hole device, lifting device and fertilizing device, walking system, circuit controlsystem.Through analysing burrowed theory, draw drill bit critical rotational speed and not blocking criticalworking conditions, and the screw diameter, length, helix angle of drill bit, lead calculation of relevantparameters etc, through modeling and proceeding the finite element analysis, selecting the appropriateburrowed motor. Through calculation to withstand the torque and power for lifting motor, selecting suitablemotor, proceeding the finite element analysis for roll, and designed a parallel four-bar linkage, selecting theappropriate disc brake for brake locking device. A simple and fertilizing device is designed, the liftingdevice provide the power for fertilizing device in lifting process, achieve fertilization quantitative bagopening and closing. The Walking system’s drive scheme is determined, analysis of wheel rollingconditions,compute the wheel rolling power and speed, select suitable walking motor and reducer.According to the needs of the machine circuit control system, select controller, contactor and other relatedcomponents, and design the circuit diagram. Through the SolidWorks3D software to complete importantparts modeling and simulation of machine assembly, producting parts and prototype assembly, andproceeding field experiments, testing the indexes of clefts time, fertilization, the lifting holes diameter andthe whole machine working time etc.The prototype test results show that digging hole of the longest time16s, the shortest time of8s, soilfirmness of highest significance,the holes depth in400~600mm, the holes diameter in300~310mm,fertilizer quantity is400g, the error within10%, walking speed is2m/s, working time more than8h.Close planting orchard burrowed fertilizer applicator is mainly used in close planting orchard.according to the fruit trees fertilization process requirement, the machines have achieved three functions ofburrowing a hole, fertilization, covering soil, guarantee effectively the fertilizer utilization ratio. Closeplanting orchard burrowed fertilizer applicator can also be used for other garden fertilizer and plant trees, itis worth to promote because it has the very good social benefits and economic benefits. |
