The Design Of Control System In Pipelining Of The Fish Process On The Large Ocean Processing Trawler

Currently, the level of pipelining of the fish process use in domestic on an averagelower, and many of them use of manual production technology, Especially in the pipeliningof the fish process for ocean fishing. The pipelining of the fish process in domestic isusually composed of the feed (vacuum fish pump), fish grader, fish processing equipment,weighing unit, plate freezer the playing box unit. The catch is sucked out from fish tank bythe vacuum fish pump and then discharged to a conveyor belt, and conveyed to the fishgrader grading fish; after, use the fish processing equipment to process fish, and thenprocessed, fish weighed, packaged, frozen, sent fish products packing to the fish cargo hold.However, current electrical control cabinet was equipped with relay control system, suchas relay, contactor, button, limit switch, et al. Relay control system has many contacts, itswiring line was complex, and the contacts were easy to be worn, which was caused badconnect, as a result, it had a high failure rate. Increasing or changing the function of therelay control system were very difficult, the number of relay contacts were also limited.In this paper, we designed a fishing installation system for fishing vessels basedcurrent relay control system and PLC. The main contents were as follow: firstly, weintroduced the domestic and international development situation of pipelining of the fishprocess. Meanwhile, we compared the differences between them. Secondly, with thepractical surveys, we understood the structures about the pipelining of the fish process,analyzed its work flow and make sure the work task of every process. Thirdly, we diddepth profiling to fishing installation with current relay control system, then pointed outthe shortcoming about it. Fourthly, we introduced the basic situation of programmablelogic controller (PLC) and divided the function of the fishing installation system intohardware and software. Then we make sure about its function module, which including thefish products preprocessing, grading fish, fish processing, weighing, frozen and boxed in.Determine the system PLC I/O address’s assignment. Fifthly, in this part, we mainlyconcerned about the design of software in the control system. It must make the equipmentwork in the order of manual control and auto control. It was most important that we shouldprogram the PLC control system. It consisted of3parts: capturing the signal about eachmodule by the sensing device; controlling workflow enactment of software andprogramming the control system.With above steps, the pipelining of the fish process can work according to the demands of controlling system; it realized the automatic diagnosis, automatic processing,automatic packaging, as well as the control flow automatic cycle, therefore, this paperachieved the objectives and requirements about the fishing installations.
