Quality Analysis And Control Research In Xinjiang Processing Tomatoes

The tomato industry in China started in the1960s, at that time, in order to meetthe need of export, international supported the development of the coastal areas ofprocessing tomato and producted tomatoes by introducing foreign equipment,exported to the Middle East and other markets. Due to the coastal areas of tomato innatural resources is not ideal, quality is difficult to guarantee, makes the tomatoindustry in our country lack of market competitiveness. In1978, Xinjiang began todevelop its own tomato planting and processing and Xinjiang unique naturalconditions makes this industry rapid development, has a one-third share in theinternational market and becomes the international famous brand. But according tothe survey, begin from2009, our country’s tomato export prices began to decline, oneof the main causes is unstable quality. Analysis the influence factors of internationalcompetitiveness for China, quality is one of the main causes of restricting ourcompetitiveness. Coupled with recent years, With the development of economy andthe improvement of people’s quality of life, hot spot is about food quality issues. Soimprove the tomato quality is necessary and meaningful.In this paper, Xinjiang tomato processing industry as the background, analysisthe main properties, which affect the processing tomato quality. First analysis therelationship between the quality traits using the grey correlation theory. Secondevaluate comprehensively the processing tomato use different evaluation methods.Also cultivation planning processing tomatoes use sparse algorithms, to providesreference for processing tomato breeding and selection.The results show that: in the aspect of quality traits analysis, analyzed each typeeach character, the influence order of the quality characters to lycopene is, solublesolids> fruit sugar acid ratio> degree of resistance to pressure> weight of fruit>totalacid> pectin content. In terms of comprehensive evaluation, the order of quality characters of eight processing tomatoes is: Z7> Z4> Z8> Z6> Z3> Z5> Z2> Z1.In theplanning of the plant, we can according to the different requirements, choose the mostsuitable processing tomato varieties to grow. Finally built the framework of decisionsupport system of planting planning, and introduce the each function and modulebriefly.
