The study puts forest maps of Jingouling forest farm in1997,2007as data source, where is localed Wangqing forestry bureau in Jilin province. The landscape classification system is established based on RS and GIS, and dynamic change of forest landscape pattern and its scale effect in past10years is studied by the methods of landscape index and Ripley’s K function, in order to provide the basis for rational planning and sustainable management of the forest landscape. Major conclusions of the study were as following:(1)During the period of study, the mixed coniferous&broadleaved forest is landscape matrix of the study area, The area of mix coniferous forest and mix broadleaved forest are bigger than coniferous plantation and poplar&silver birch forest, but shrub, wetland, farming land et al occupy a small proportion. The NPs of coniferous&broadleaved forest, mix coniferous forest and mix broadleaved forest are increasing; The dominance of them are increase and shape are more complex. Area of coniferous plantation and poplar&silver birch forest are decreasing, the degree of fragmentation is adding and shape become more complex. Diversity and evenness are decline, but connectivity become the better than before.(2)The landscape transfer changes of coniferous plantation and poplar&silver birch forest are obvious. Coniferous plantation mainly turn outs mix coniferous forest, farming land, wetland, barren hill, and other land is added source. poplar&silver birch forest turn outs mix broadleaved forest, barren hill is added source of it.(3)Coniferous plantation, mix coniferous forest and mix broadleaved forest showed an aggregated distribution pattern in all spatial scales, aggregation characteristics of coniferous plantation and mix broadleaved forest is weakened, but aggregation distribution characteristics of mix coniferous forest is enhanced. The aggregated distribution characteristics of poplar&silver birch forest gradually weakened, but the uniform distribution is becoming more and more obvious.
