| In recent years, with the development of the industry and the rising of living standard, theorganic matter and nutrients content of N,P,K and so on of sludge污泥after sewage disposal arerising.The earthworm manure can reduce the sludge and reuse the beneficial ingredients of thesludge,and the wormcast can study research in all areas.While there is less report about theinfluence of earthworm treatment sludge on saline soil improvement. This research based on thestudy of biochemical indexes of soybean on saline soil under the condition of earthworm treatmentsludge and provides a scientific basis for application of wormcast in agriculture.The test use manner of pot, make soybeans in saline soil as the research object, set up sixtreatments, study the influence of wormcast on saline soil bacteria, fungi, actinomyces quantity andmicrobial biomass nitrogen, phosphorus,the activity of soil urease, alkaline phosphatase andcatalase, the agrochemical targets.Compared with the blank control (CK),the application of wormcast treatment increases thequantity of salinity soil bacteria, fungi, and actinomyces. During the phase of soybean seeddevelopment the number of actinomycetes in soil under treatment of wormcast is significantlyhigher than CK. The number of soil bacteria was significantly higher than CK at the phase ofsoybean seed development and mature period. The number of soil fungi is significantly higher thanCK at the period of seedling stage, soybean seed development and mature period.The application of wormcast increased the microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and phosphoruscontent of saline soil. The whole growth period, the effect of wormcast on soil microbial biomassnitrogen and phosphorus has the same trend, and the total number of microorganisms with the sametrend, were all showed the trends of increasing-reducing-rising.The use of wormcast significantly enhances the activity of urease, phosphatase and catalase ofsaline soil. During the whole growth period, soil enzyme activity of the treatment with thewormcast is significantly higher than CK.Wormcast significantly improved available phosphorus and nitrogen content of saline soil. Thewhole growth period, in treatment with wormcast the content of soil available phosphorus andalkali solution nitrogen is significantly higher than CK; the pH value of soil,total alkalinity andsodium adsorption ratio was reduced, there is significant difference between each treatmentcompared with CK; the cation exchange capacity of saline soil was increases and consistence with the wormcast content. |
