Continuous cropping obstacle is very serious in cucumber greenhouse, which resulted in soilmicro ecological environment deterioration and land persistence utilization decrease, and affectedcucumber yield and quality. Crop rotation has been as an effective method to improve soil microecological environment, relieve soil-borne disease, and increase crop yield. Cucumber was takenas tested material to study long-term rotation of tomatoes, kidney beans, celery and cabbage withcucumber, which effect on the cucumber yield and rhizosphere soil micro-ecological environment,and track and measure crop yield and main diseases of cucumber. Results including severalconclusions as follow.1.rotation benefited for improving cucumber yield, inhibit cucumber diseases, cucumber isthe highest by rotation of tomato-kidney bean-cucumber-cabbage and kidney bean–celery-cucumber-cabbage, and reached the significant level of difference (p <0.05). The inhibition ofwheat-cucumber on downy mildew was significant, while garlic-cucumber inhibited downymildew in late period of growth of the third planting. the celery crop rotation cucumber highestyield than the control. Cucumber disease investigation showed different crop rotationcucumber powdery mildew, angular leaf spot, downy mildew compared with the control incidencerates decreased. The yield of kidney bean is kidney bean-celery-cucumber-cabbage> kidneybean-tomato-cucumber-cabbage crop rotation,kidney bean rust and Septoria incidence cucumber-Chinese Cabbage-kidney bean-celery crop rotation <kidney bean-tomato-cucumbers-cabbage crop rotation. The yield of tomato is tomato-celery-cucumber-cabbage>tomato-kidney beans-cucumber-cabbage, tomato found no disease.The fourth crop: the yield of kidney bean is tomato-kidney bean-cucumber-cabbage rotation>cucumber-kidney-cucumber-cabbage, bean rust incidence is tomato-kidney bean-cucumber-cabbage rotation<cucumber-kidney bean-cucumber-cabbage; tomato yield is kidney bean-tomato-cucumber-cabbage crop rotation> cucumber-tomato-cucumber-cabbage crop rotation,tomato found no disease.Celery yield is cucumber-celery-cucumber-cabbage rotation>kidneybean-celery-cucumber-cabbage rotation>tomato-celery-cucumber-cabbage crop rotation,celery found no disease.3.Different long-term rotation change soil enzyme activity and soil biological environment.Cucumber-celery-cucumber crop rotation soil neutral phosphatase enzyme activity wassignificantly higher than the other treatments after planting30d (p <0.05). Tomato-celery-cucumber rotations soil dehydrogenase activity was significantly higher than the other treatmentsafter planting50d (p<0.05); cucumber-celery-cucumber soil urease activity was significantlyhigher than the cucumber-tomato-cucumber after planting70d cucumber (p<0.05),cucumber-tomato-cucumber crop rotation, soil dehydrogenase activity was significantly higherthan the other treatments (p <0.05).Crop rotation conduced to cucumber yield increase, especiallyin the early stage, cucumber yield increased significantly.4.Different long-term rotation also has an impact on the structure of the soil colonies. DGGEresults showed that different long-term crop rotation soil bacteria, fungi type has changed. Aftercucumber colonization30d,tomato-celery-cucumber-cabbage, kidney bean–celery–cucumber-cabbage and cucumber-tomato-cucumber-cabbage cucumber rhizosphere soil bacteria andfungal community structure have higher DGGE atlas stripe number,Shannon-Wiener index numberand bacteria DGGE atlas stripe number compared with the controls. After planting cucumber50d,tomato-celery-cucumber-cabbage and kidney bean-tomato-cucumber-cabbage cucumberrhizosphere soil bacteria and fungal community structure have higher DGGE atlas stripenumber,Shannon-Wiener index number and evenness index compared with the controls.Afterplanting70d,cucumber–celery-cucumber-cabbage and cucumbers-tomato-cucumber-cabbagecucumber rhizosphere soil bacteria and fungal community structure has higher DGGE atlas stripenumber,Shannon-Wiener index number and evenness index compared with the controls,and thattomato-celery-cucumber-cabbage,kidney bean-tomato-cucumber-cabbage, kidney bean-celery-cucumber-cabbage and cucumbers-tomatoes-cucumber-cabbage compared with the controls havehigher rhizosphere soil fungal,DGGE atlas stripe number of soil fungal,hannon-Wiener indexand evenness index.Therefore, Crop rotation were beneficial for increasing cucumber yield significantly,improving soil biological activity, so that the soil microbial community structure has changed, and effectively improved the soil micro ecological environment. To improve the facilities of theecological environment and the establishment of a rational system of vegetable cultivation providetheoretical basis and technical support, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
