Coccidiosis is one of the most common and important diseases in the world poultry industry, sporulated coccidia is able to discharge oocysts after4to5days’invasionin the potential of the chicken intestinal epithelial cells. It is in the later stage of the ball insect diseasewhen people see oocyst discharge through a microscope, which has caused irreparable damage to the chicken’s intestinal.The damange including reducing the feed efficiency, blocking chicken growth, causing weight loss, worsely even dying. Although we have made serious efforts and a lot of progress about chicken ball insect disease in prevention, treatment and management, ball insect disease still exists in any chicken place. The structure of ball determinesy that the ordinary disinfection methods are hard to completely destroy the ball in the environment.In our country, the method of preventing the ball is to add chemicals into feed, but chemicals will cause resistant and drug residues, so researchers have been searching for new ways instead of chemical medicine. Probiotics is a class of flora which benefits the body, for example, lactic acid bacteria bacillus, etc.They are the body’s normal flora, which parasitic in the body, most of them are indispensable flora of impotant function of victory for human or animal body and will not lead to disease. The bacteriocins produced by Lactic acid bacteria play a major role in pathogens and corruption, bacteria, at the same time it can cause intestinal immune, control endotoxin, stimulate development. Lactic acid bacteria can also activate macrophages function, stimulate the phoenix immune response. Plants lactobacillus can produce antibody, promote cellular immune function.In this study, we fed chicks with lactic acid bacteria for a period of time, after colonization in the intestine and artificial infection with Eimeria tenella.We obtained the result of chicks weight change from the experimental, the average weight of second group was281.3±8.7, greater than the infection of non-immune group, it was260.7±2.4, however, the third and fourth groups of the average weight was less than infected non-immune group; Infected with non-immune group OPG value of5.45×10,which greater than the value of the experimental group OPG anticoccidial index of the experimental group were157,138,141are between120to140poor standard, experimental results show that the description of the lactic acid bacteriaa certain the anticoccidial capacity, but the results are poor, close to an invalid level; Fed with lactic acid bacteria in each group spleen organ index and non-infectious non-immune group compared with no significant difference, but fed with lactic acid bacteria in each group of bursal organ index was higher than non-infected with non-immune group and infected non-immune group; IgE levels in the serum of chickens measured by ELISA, the results showed that feeding the relatively low levels of lactic acid group of chicks serum IgE in the IgE levels of each group of the experimental group were0.101±0.017,0.439±0.008,0.283±0.095, and lower than the infection of non-immunized group was0.817±0.003.Drawn from the above experimental results, the inhibition of lactic acid bacteria on the coccidian, but the effect is not very good.
