The taxonomy of three genera from Strophariaceae(s.1.), namely Agrocybe, Hebeloma and Naucoria, were studied in this thesis, the previous taxonomic research of these genera and their economic value were summarized.Three hundred and seven specimens, deposited in Mycological Herbarium of Mycological Institute of Jilin Agriculture University (HMJAU), Mycological Herbarium of Institute of Microbiology the Chinese Academy of Science (HMAS), Herbarium of Cryptogams, Kunming Institute of Botany Academy of Science (HKAS), Herbarium of Microbiology Institute of Guangdong Province (GDGM) and Mycological Herbarium of Microbiology Institute of Ludong University (HMLD) were examined, among which75specimens were collected by the author. As a result,43taxa were described, of which36taxa were identified to species or lower rank. The keys to sections for each genus and keys to species for each section were also provided.Among the43taxa described,(1) twenty-one taxa belong to the genus Agrocybe, of which5taxa were new to China: A. elatella (P. Karst.) Vesterh., A. pediades var. cinctula Nauta, A. pediades var. fimicola Nauta, A. putaminum (Maire) Singer, A. brunneola (Fr.) Bon. and five species are new to certain Province:A. erebia (Fr.) Kiihner ex Singer (Inner Mongolia), A. cylindracea (DC.) Maire (Hubei), A. farinacea Hongo (Jilin), A. semiorbicularis (Bull.) Fayod (Heilongjiang and Jilin) and A. dura (Bolton) Singer (Jilin);(2) twenty taxa belong to the genus Hebeloma, of which eight taxa were new to China: H. collariatum Bruchet, H. mesophaeum (Pers.) Quel., H. nigellum Bruchet, H. pusillum J.E. Lange, H. crustuliniforme f. microspermum Hongo, H. populinum Romagn., H. fusipes Bres. and H. truncatum (Schaeff.) P. Kumm. and six species are new to certain province:H. testaceum (Batsch) Quel.(Jilin), H. hiemale Bres.(Yunnan), H. longicaudum (Pers.) P. Kumm.(Yunnan), H. spoliatum (Fr.) Gillet (Jilin), H. vinosophyllum Hongo (Yunnan) and H. sacchariolens Quel.(Jilin);(3) two species belong to the genus Naucoria, both of which were new to China:N. melinoides (Bull.) P. Kumm.and N. suavis Bres. The basidiospores of newly Chinese recorded taxa and some additional taxa in Hebeloma and Naucoria were observed and photographed with a Scanning-electron Microscope.
