| To study the unknown fields of fermentation bed in the application of the sows, the growth performance, blood biochemical index, pork nutrient components, the digestive physiology and other new angle series of growing-finishing pigs on fermentation bed were studied.1Effects of Feeding Manners of Fermentation Bed on Performance and Blood Biochemical Indexes of Growing-finishing Pigs.Objective:To study influence of the test fermentation bed on growth performance and blood biochemical indicators of the growing-finishing pigs, and thought that discusses fermentation bed pigs mechanism to provide the theory basis, and then better guidance sows(Method)120D×L×Y growing-finishing pigs were randomly allotted into2treatments with three replicates in each treatment of20pigs per replicate.The two groups were control group and fermentation bed group.The experiment lasted for53days.(Results):Compared with the control group, the daily gainof fermentation bed increased by14.53%(P<0.05), material than reducing weight2.11%(P<0.05); In the blood biochemical indexes, serum alkaline phosphatase activity increased by13.86%(P<0.05), alanine aminotransferase activity reduced by5.81%(P>0.05), serum urea nitrogen levels decreased by12.8%(P<0.05) content of total protein increased by11.95%(P<0.05), albumin content increased by5.39%(P<0.05), globulin content increased by18.6%(P<0.05), total cholesterol levels decreased in9.97%(P<0.05); In the serum hormone, fermentation bed compared with a control group no significant difference (P>0.05). By this test bed by fermentation could reduce the pollution of the environment, improve the growth rate per growing-finishing pig and increase growth performance.2Effects of feeding manners of fermentation bed on performance and nutrient composition of growing-finishing pigs.This study was to investigate the effects of the fermentation bed feeding on growth performance and nutrient composition of growing-finishing pigs.(Method)120DxLxY growing-finishing pigs were randomly allotted into2treatments with three replicates in each treatment of20pigs per replicate.The two groups were control group and fermentation bed group.The experiment lasted for53days.(Result)The results showed that compared with the control group, daily gain of fermentation bed group were markedly increased (P<0.05). feed conversion ratio were remarkably reduced (P<0.05).And in the aspect of chemical constituents, compared with control group, the content of dry matter content and crude protein content, crude fat content was significantly increased (P<0.05),but there have no significant difference in the content of crude ash and calcium; and in the aspect of fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids were significantly improved,and saturated fatty acids were significantly reduced, polyunsaturated fatty acid content have no significant influence;the contend of Aspartic acid, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, methionine, tyrosine, lysine, histidine were remarkably increased (P<0.05).(Conclution)The results showed that feeding manners offermentation bed can improve and flesh of polyunsaturated fatty acids and amino acids, and the flavor of growing-finishing pigs could be improved.3The influence of Fermentation bed on digestive physiology in pigs.Fermentation to the pig breeding bed digestive physiology influence objective:to study the bed to the pig breeding fermentation digestive organ development, small intestinal mucosa form, pancreas and small intestine ShiMei digestive enzyme activity, the influence of the cecum microorganism quantity.
