This paper took Yunyan87from major tobacco growing counties of Anhui province asexperimental material. Appearance qualities and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leavesfrom South Anhui、Bozhou、Chizhou were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods. Flue-curedtobacco quality indicators in different major tobacco growing counties of Anhui province wereidentified,the paper also showed the differences of appearance qualities and chemical component offlue-cured tobacco leaves among different tobacco growing counties of Anhui province.In addition, theforming reasons were researched in this paper. This study provided a reference to accurately grasptobacco grading quality inspection in different tobacco growing counties of Anhui province. As well asthe cigarette industry on the use of different formulations reference.The main research conclusions were as follows:1. Differences of Flue-cured tobacco appearance quality in different areas of Anhui provinceSouth Anhui Tobacco Area: Tobacco appearance quality was better, as well as tobacco colors andcolor intensity, a small amount of maturity, the oil is still good, but the identity and oil of the lowerleaves were lower scores.Chizhou Tobacco Areas: Color, leaf structure, maturity score lower than South Anhui Tobacco Area,a small amount of tobacco color is less uniform, some maturity less impressive, the chromaticaberration of the both tobacco leaves side larger, part of identity thinness, less oil, but tobacco oils andcolor intensity were better than southern Anhui Tobacco Area.Bozhou Tobacco Areas: Tobacco identity and maturity were better, part of tobacco leaves colorwere uneven, color intensity was less somber, the chromatic aberration of the both tobacco leaves sideslarger, The upper leaves were slightly thicker than the other tobacco areas. The oil was better than SouthAnhui Tobacco Area. Color, color intensity, oil, and other indicators of tobacco leaves were lowerscores.There were some differences in terms of oil, color intensity, identity for three tobacco leavesappearance quality, oil and color intensity performance order Chizhou Tobacco Area> South AnhuiTobacco Area> Bozhou Tobacco Area, the identity of Bozhou upper leaves were fleshy, Chizhou upperleaves were fleshy to medium, South Anhui upper tobacco leaves were medium, the weighted averagescore order Chizhou Tobacco Area> South Anhui Tobacco Area>Bozhou Tobacco Area.2. Differences of Flue-cured tobacco chemical components in different areas of Anhui provinceSouth Anhui Tobacco Area: the nicotine content of tobacco leaves and the ratio of carbon andnicotine were lower, while potassium content medium.Chizhou Tobacco Area: the nicotine content of tobacco leaves was lower, but the carbon content oftobacco leaves was higher, as well as potassium content and the ratio of carbon and nicotine.Bozhou Tobacco Area: both Nicotine and the ratio of carbon and nicotine were more appropriate, but low potassium content, high content of chlorine, the ratio of potassium to chlorine was lower.There are some differences in the chemical composition of the three tobacco leaves forenvironmental factors, mainly in the nicotine, potassium, chloride content. Chemical compositionweighted average descending order: South Anhui Tobacco Area> Bozhou Tobacco Area> ChizhouTobacco Area.3. The reasons for the differences in the tobacco leave quality of different tobacco areaEcological environment was the main reason for tobacco leaves quality differences of differenttobacco area in Anhui province, the differences of field management and technical were also importantfactors.
