| In this thesis, taking3#,4#,18#,23#,27#,40#,53#and166#eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones as material, using the method of natural drying control water content, the relationship of morphology and physiology changes and drought resistance were researched. At the same time, the comprehensive drought resistance has been evaluated by using principal component analysis and membership function.The main results are as follows:1. Through the morphological observation of eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones, it can be seen that all the leaves of tested materials turned brown and curled, then dried or even fallen off in various degrees. It was considered that27#and166#were tolerated higher drought stress than others by calculating the drought index.2. Through researching the infiltrate adjusting subjects of eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones, the results have shown that, with the extension of drought stress time, the content of soluble sugar was first increased then reduced; the content of free proline was first reduced then increased; the content of soluble protein has double peaks curve.3. Through researching the the antioxidant defense system of eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones, the results have shown that, changes of SOD activates, POD activates and CAT activates were more complicated, but SOD, POD, and CAT activates of18#were highest than others. The trend of MDA content were discordant before25d, then all of eight increased.4. Through researching drought tolerance indexes of eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones, the results have shown that, leaves water saturated deficit has increased continually; leaves relative water content, soil moisture content and loss of soil water content all three indexes have decreased.5. Through researching several chlorophyll content indexes of eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones, the results have shown that, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, carotenoid content and total chlorophyll content were all reduced and the amplitude of variation were diverse in different clones.6. Through the analysis of variance on eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones in physiological and biochemical changes, it indicates that different clones and different stress intensity on the physiological and biochemical indexes were highly significant.7. Through principal component analysis, it was showed that the related sequence between physiological and biochemical indexes and eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones was chlorophyll b content> chlorophyll a content> carotenoid content> total chlorophyll content> SOD activities> soil moisture content> CAT activities> soluble sugar content> soluble protein content> leaves relative water content> soil water loss weight> leaves water satyrated deficit> MDA content> POD activities> free proline content.8. Through analyzing subordinate function, it was concluded that the comprehensive drought resistant ability of eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones was18#>166#>40#>27#>53#>23#>3#>4#. |
