Investigation Of Ornamental Tree Species And Application Analysis Of Landscape In Yan’an City Andthe Ziwuling Reserve

The present situation of ornamental trees application in the garden construction of Yan’ancity, one aspect there was little choices of ornamental trees, a wide variety of ornamental treesrequired urgently to enrich the city landscape; on the one hand, many wild ornamental treeswith high view valuewere left to take their chances in the fields. Meanwhile, people digged a great quantity ofwild ornamental trees because of no ready-made seedlings in few garden, the resource of wildornamental trees and fragile ecological environment of northern Shaanxi was badly destroyed.Investigation of ornamental trees in Yan’an city, especially investigation of wildornamental trees and analysis of landscape application in Ziwuling reserve, it can understandfamily property and expand of scope of ornamental tree species in the Landscapingconstruction of Yan’an City. At the same time, the wild ornamental trees are different from theexotic species cultivated, they have a strong resistance, the local natural ecologicaladaptability and other characteristics.Wild ornamental trees are applied in the garden, whichnot only prominent local features of the urban landscape, but also meet the construction ofeco-garden in Yan’an City, saving garden requirements. If we do well in the wild ornamentaltree resources survey, this would play a guiding role for the late introduction domesticationcultivation and nursery stock production work, and also further protect of wild ornamentaltrees in the local ecological environment.Through a large number of relevant research data, investigation visit streets, units,schools, residential district and city public green space in Yanan urban area, out of a total of31common ornamental tree species,54genera,90families (including lower grade variant,variant, breed). Two in-depth investigated of wild ornamental tree resources in Ziwulingnature reserve, through field records, specimen collection identification, photographs andother methods, the author investigated wild ornamental tree species of38families,69genera,113species (including varieties classification) in Ziwuling reserve which belong to the familyabout81%,78.5%and57.7%respectively to the whole of woody plants in Ziwuling forestarea and analyzed the species habitat, flower and fruit period and ornamental characteristics.Suitable for Yanan city and the surrounding ecological environment the same or similar landscape application, ten kinds of trees, twelve kind of flowering shrubs, five kinds of Fujiki,six kinds of Hedgerow class, four kinds of ground cover were selected suitably from the wildornamental tree species. Some problems in application of ornamental tree species in thecurrent garden construction of Yan’an City were pointed out, and the relevant measure wereproposed to protect the resource of wild ornamental tree species and develop and utilizedscientifically and rationally.
