| Floating nursery technology of tobacco has become to mature through several years study. But seedling adaptation measure has not been put into practice completely, and targeted research of reasonable seedling adaptation time in Jianyang has not been progressed substantially. In order to screen out the optimal time for seedling adaptation in Jianyang area for improving the seedling quality and advertising the importance of seedling adaptation at the same time, the different seedling adaptation time, which effect seedling quality, growth and development, botanical characters, agronomic characters, economic characters, chemical components as well as other appearance quality and sensory quality, were studied in this test. The Varity in this study is K326. The main results of this study are as follows:1Rational seedling adaptation time can improve the seedling quality effectively.Scientific and rational seedling adaptation treatment for5-10days before transplantation can improve the seedling quality. Specific performances are thick stem, roots developed, and the highest survival rate after transplantation as well as the splendid growth performance in the Field Period.2Rational seedling adaptation time can promote the growth and development in the field period effectively.Scientific and rational seedling adaptation treatment for5-10days before transplantation can advance spherical plant stage for3-4days compared with control treatment and flower bud stage for2-3days. The time of the transplanted seedling treated by seedling adaptation become to reactive is shorter than the control treatment. All the plants have no significant difference while entered the mature period. The performances of uniformity and the growth vigor of the plant treated by seedling adaptation were senior to the control treatment.3Rational seedling adaptation time can optimize botanical characters and agronomic characters respectively in the field period.Scientific and rational seedling adaptation treatment for10-15days before transplantation can optimize botanical characters and agronomic characters respectively in the field period. Compared to the control treatment, many traits were senior, such as stem height, stem girth, plant height, the effective number of leaves, the maximum leaves area, fresh weigh t of aerial part, dry weigh t of aerial part, the proportion of dry weight and fresh weight as well as the number of the adventitious roots. Treated by seedling adaptation or not had no great effect on agricultural traits of topped for7days.4Rational seedling adaptation time can improve the economic traits of the cured tobacco.Although the significant level has not been made among different treatments, compared with the control treatment, scientific and rational seedling adaptation treatment for10-15days before transplantation can improve the yield, output value, average price and the proportion of moderation and superior cured tobacco leaf.5Rational seedling adaptation time can optimize the comprehensive quality of Flue-cured tobacco.Scientific and rational seedling adaptation treatment for10days before transplantation can improve the maturity, color, structure, oil, identity, appearance quality. All the contents of intrinsic chemical compositions of the tobacco treated by seedling adaptation were reasonable and coordinate, and furthermore, the entire parameters complied with the standards of high-quality with Characteristics tobacco. Besides, sensory evaluation from the tobacco plant treated by seedling adaptation was senior to the control treatment. There was enough volume of aroma, smooth and mild tobacco gas, lighter miscellaneous gas, whiter tobacco soot, clean and moist taste, specifically.On the basis of the above-mentioned results, according to the agricultural production practice and cigarette industrial enterprise requirements, seedling adaptation treatment for7-10days before transplantation is the optimized time. |
