| In recent years, the ratio of nutrient input to the field supplied by traditional organic fertilizer was dramatically decreasing owing to the limits of it. At the same time, the application of chemical fertilizer causes some serious problems, such as environmental pollution.With a series of field experiments and chemical analysis, the research was selected six treatments and three different proportion combined application of commercial organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer to study their effects on soybean the growth, yield, quality, fertilizer use efficiency and correlation analysis.The results obtained were summarizes as follows:Treatments at different fertilization levels showed up-trend with the advance in growing period of soybean. The effect of mixed application commercial organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on the plant height of soybeans has not significant at p=0.05. After bearing pod stage, N2M1(chemical fertilizer N45kg-hm-2+commercial organic fertilizer300kg-hm-2) has an advantageous position, N2M1’s plant height is more than3.9cm. Correlations of plant height and yield at different growth stages of soybeans had significant positive correlation(r=0.9098**, r=7731*) at seed filling period and maturation phase.With the advance in growing period, the plant dry matter weight was up-trend, hited maximum at seed filling period. The largest dry matter is N2M1(chemical fertilizer N45kg-hm-2+commercial organic fertilizer300kg·hm-2), the plant dry matter weight was increased by31.18%,16.34%and.81%as compared to the treatment with CK(no fertilizer), N0M2(commercial organic fertilizer N60kg·hm-2) and N3Mo(chemical fertilizer N60kg·hm-2).the study of correlations of dry matter height and yield at different growth stages of soybeans showed:dry matter height and yield is had significant correlation at bearing pod stage, seed filling period and maturation phase (r=0.7846*,r=0.7604*,r=0.9051**)The study showed the trend of SPAD values as same as the nutrient input in generally, but the treatments had a little differences. The SPAD values had a peak at bearing pod stage. The maximum is N2M1(chemical fertilizer N45kg·hm-2+commercial organic fertilizer300kg·hm-2), and then lowed. With the advance in growing period, the relationship of SPAD values on leaf and yield are closely.At bearing pod stage,correlations of SPAD values on leaf and yield had significant positive correlation (r=0.8158*)Nutrient content of different dynamic had a dissimilarity, the study showed that seed>leaf> pod>stem at different growth stages. Nutrient accumulation was up-trend at the whole times of soybeans, the treatments of mixed application commercial organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer had a higher nutrient accumulation, but these treatments have not significant at p=0.05. Nitrogen transportation efficiency in the application of the commercial organic fertilizer mixed chemical fertilizer were17,72%,23.14%and14.90%higher than those of the treatments with chemical fertilizer alone respectively. Agronomic nitrogen use efficiency and Physiological nitrogen use efficiency were higher than chemical fertilizer alone respectively, between the treatments of the mixture commercial organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer have not significant at p=0.05.These indicated that application of more nitrogen fertilizer, enhanced Seeds, Pods and100-seed weight。The highest yield was N2M1(chemical fertilizer N45kg·hm-2+commercial organic fertilizer300kg·hm-2)。This demonstrates that the appropriate proportion combined application of commercial organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer can have a better effect on protein content and total content of fat and protein, but fat content was lowed than content of N3M0(chemical fertilizer N60kg·hm-2). Decline ratio in the range of2.00%~10.55%the study of correlations of protein content and yield at seed filling period and maturation phase of soybeans showed:protein content and yield is had significant correlation at seed filling period and maturation phase had significant positive correlation (r=0.7992*,r=0.9185**).At seed filling period correlations of fat content and yield has not significant at p=0.05.but when maturation phase had significant negative correlation (r=-0.7937*);The study indicated the total content of fat and protein and yield has significant correlation (r=0.8058*) at maturation phase, significant at p=0.05. |
