A large number of animal faeces wastes can’t be digested in breeding farm, it bring some pressure toenvironment around and result in resource-wasting and environmental pollution if it is directly taken toenvironment untreated, such as eutrophication in water, heavy metal pollution and so on. This article takecoastal saline soil of NingHai, paddy soil of JiaXing, moisture soil of YuHang as examples, discuss the lawof migration and evolution of soil organic carbon under animal faeces wastes amendment and providescientific references for reclamation of wastes and soil quality improvement. The main conclusion asfollow:Through the experiment of pig slurry amendment in coastal saline soil, we discussed the effects ofnatural fallow and pig slurry amendment on content and particle fractionation of organic carbon in coastalsaline soil, clarified the accumulation and evolution law of soil organic carbon under the condition ofnatural fallow and pig slurry amendment. The results show that the content of soil total organic carbondecrease with the increase of soil profile depth and it increase with the elongation of pig slurry amendmenthistory, respectively. The soil carbon consists mainly of silt carbon and carbon content in different sizedsoil particles decrease and increase with the increase of soil profile depth and the elongation of pig slurryamendment history, respectively. Both natural fallow and pig slurry amendment can improve content oftotal organic carbon and carbon in different sized soil particles in coastal saline soil, the confines of totalorganic carbon is8.90-14.40g.kg-1and5.45-13.55g.kg-1in natural fallow land and fertilization land, andimprove the quality of coastal saline soil.Based on a10-year-long fertilization experiment in paddy field in PingHu, we studied the effects offertilization on the distribution of total organic carbon, size fractionation of organic carbon and hotwater-soluble organic carbon in soil profiles in paddy field, clarified the accumulation and evolution law ofsoil organic carbon under the condition of pig manure amendment. Results show that soil organic carboncontent differ greatly between pig manure amendment land and no pig manure amendment land incultivated horizon of soil, the content of soil organic carbon improves largely under organic fertilizeramended with the increase of soil profile. There is a significant relationship between total organic carbonand sandy carbon and amylaceous carbon. Controlled by physical protection capacity of silt and clay forcarbon, the soil organic carbon in cultivated horizon consists mainly of sandy carbon, while the soil organic carbon in non-cultivated horizon consists mainly of amylaceous carbon and sticky carbon. It can improvehot-water souble carbon, easy-oxidized organic nutrient and microorganism content of soil with the pigmanure amendment, and improve the structure of soil.In order to research the origin of soil organic carbon, through simulating paddy farm experiment inroom, we researched the features of soil profile organic carbon migration and δ13C under pig wastesamendmente. The results show that soil surface layer organic carbon content increase significantly underpig wastes amendment, hot souble organic carbon is migrated obviously in soil profile, red soil or moisturesoil is the main origin of soil organic carbon.
