| With the disadvantages of the AGP have become increasingly appeare,especially the dose of antibiotic resistant strains increased and poor effect increasingly serious, more research to the AGP alternative products, and phytogenic feed additive (PFD) is an important one of it. as a natural plant extract products, phytogenic feed additive become the hot spot of the attention of more and more people with the green sources and benefit to animal production performance and immunity.the experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of phytogenic feed additive and AGP on weanling piglets digestion and microflora in intestine.One hundred and twenty weanling piglets (35days old) with an initial body weight of about10±kg and half of each gender were randomly divided into four treatments, six replicates for each treatment, five pigs in each replicate.This design were used to study and compared the effect of phytogenic feed additive and AGP to the newly weanling piglets’ performance of the production.piglets in each treatment were fed basic dietã€basic diet+200g/T PFAã€basic diet+200g/T PFA+1000g/T AGP and basic diet+1000g/T AGP. Weighing the body weight before the start of the test,then,weighing the body weight and the rest of feeds every two weeks, statistic feeds intake (ADFI),and calculate daily gain (ADG) and material than meat (F/G). The experiment last for eight weeks. At the end of the feed period,do the slaughter test, test the pH value of the stomach, duodenal, jejunum, Ileum and colon,test activity of pepsin and trypsin,,test histological samples of jejunum about The villus length and The crypt depth, test the number of salmonella, coliforms, E. coli, lactobacilli, bifidobacteria in ileum and Clostridium perfringens in colon.The results showed:(1) the ADG of other three Treatments are signigicant higher than Treatment1in the whole period (P<0.05). The ADF of Treatment4is significant higher than the others in the whole period (P<0.05).There is no significance difference of F/G in all Treatments in the whole period.(2) The test results show that In comparison to control Treatment,the diarrhea rate of treatment â…¡ã€â…¢ and â…£ reduced, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). diarrhea index of Treatment â…¢ and Treatment â…£ are Significantly lower than then the other twe treatments (P<0.05)(3) According to table7,the PH of stomach in treatment3and4are significant lower than treatment1and2(P<0.05),whereas PH in duodenumã€jejunumã€ileum and colon are not significant different (P>0.1)(4) the activity of pepsin and tripsin in treatment â…¡ã€â…¢ and â…£ are increased significantly (P<0.01),in addition,the activity of tripsin in treatment â…¢ are significant higher than treatment â…¡ and4(P<0.05)(5) the villus height of control group is the lowest and significant lower than other groups (P<0.01).There is no significance difference of crypt depth between four groups.(P>0.1)(6) Add PFD and AGP can significantly reduce the quantity of coliforms and salmonella in ileum (P<0.05), but make no significant effect to clostridium perfringens In the colon. The lactobacillus of treatment â…£ that Single add PFD1000g/T in ileum is the supreme, and significant higher than other treatment group (P<0.01), which showed PFD can promote the lactobacillus of beneficial bacteria in ileum to grow.The number of Bifidobacteria of treatment â…£ that Single add PFD1000g/T is the lowest in ileum,and the difference is Very significant(P<0.05).According to the results above, the following conclusion can be got:(1) This experiment show that add AGP1000g/T, AGP and PFD1000g/T and add PFD1000g/T to the diet of weaning piglets can increased the feed intake and weight more or less. Diarrhea index of the treatment which add PFD(treament â…¢ and â…£)is significantly reduced. But the Diarrhea rate has no significant difference. Comprehensive each production performance indicators, treatment group which separately adding1000g/T PFD is better.(2) Add PFD can significantly reduce the PH of piglets’stomach and activate pepsin(AGP Have the same function), Add AGP or PFD alone can make ntestinal villus highly significant growth,and at the same time,AGP and PFD make no significant difference for ntestinal villus and Fossae depth of piglet. (3) add AGP and PFD can reduce the number of harmful bacterium in intestinal,but adding AGP alone can make bad influence for the number of beneficial bacteria, the number of lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria of experiment treatment â…¡ (AGP200g/T) are significantly lower than treatment â…£ (PFD1000g/T). |
