The world has be accounted for25%of the land salinization, and the soil salinization has become more and more serious, and has be a problem and a threat in the agricultural production area in the world. Therefore, in the future, the research in the field of agriculture of the plant salt resistance mechanism, saline soil biological control and comprehensive development and utilization are two important topic. It has the very strong resistance of salt.Lycium ruthenicum Murr is the special perennial salt resistance wild shrub drought plant in northwest regions. It can be used to heal, tea, and nutrition value higher than normal Chinese wolfberry, so it is a collection of economic value, green land value in one of the wild good soil and water conservation plants. It is one of the optional plants can be used as the western desert ecological environment management plant resources and land salinization resuming vegetation. Therefore, the thesis analyzes the different levels of salt with Lycium ruthenicum Murr physiological indexes and changes of the salt-tolerance mechanism were discussed, so as to salt cultivation facilities to provide the theory basis. In order to reveal the mechanism underlying salt tolerance of Lycium ruthenicum Murr., the physiological response of Lycium ruthenicum Murr seedlings was studies under different concentrations of salt treatment. The results showed:1) The values of relative electrolyte leakage in roots increased significantly during the period of NaCl treatment, and after400mM NaCl treatment, the roots of Lycium ruthenicum Murr did not differentiation and growth clearly. It is showed that plasmalemma structure was damaged and higher NaCl inhibit the growth of the young plants;2) After NaCl treatment for14days, the contents of H2O2and MDA did not change much as compared with the controlled, it is showed that the plant of Lycium ruthenicum Murr can maintain the clear ability of the contents of H2O2and MDA;3) The content of soluble sugars decreased significantly in roots after7days of NaCl treatment, while the content of soluble protein declined after14days of NaCl exposure, it is showed that the roots of Lycium ruthenicum Murr were damaged;4) Under different concentrations of NaCl treatment, POD activity in both leaves and stems declined dramatically after7and14days of treatment.5) through correlation analysis about physiological indexes, the results showed:in the leaves, Pro increase was extremely significantly positive correlation with the concent of H2O2and SP, the activity of GR. There was negative correlation with POD. This indicated that each Reactive-oxygen-Scavenging Enzymes play different roll to respite salt injury at different NaCl treatment times. This positive relation showed that the increasing of praline has no direct protection effect to cell membrane.According to the results obtained in this study, the leaves and the stems posses relatively higher salt tolerance, while the root is relatively sensitive to salt stress.
