This topic take half-year-old Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi seedlings source as experimental material, using N, P, K formula orthogonal experiment design of completely randomized block by topdressing trials and growth regulator type and concentration,based on seedling growth, photosynthetic and physiological indexes in the analysis of variance, correlation analysis, principal component analysis, in order to get the combination and the type and concentration of growth regulators of improve seedling quality and promote growth by Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi.The Results are as follows:1.Through pot experiment of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium fertilizer of Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi, the results show that:(1)On the growth, nitrogen and phosphorus of Sindora glabra plant height and diameter growth influence,and K on Machilus pauhoi plant height and diameter growth influence. In the accumulation of biomass, nitrogen fertilizer on two species have a great influence.Photosynthetic physiological aspects,potassium fertilizer application on Sindora glabra effect is bigger,and nitrogen fertilizer on Machilus pauhoi effect greatly. Physiological aspects of nitrogen and potash fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, respectively on two species of soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and MDA content influences.(2)The principal component analysis and fuzzy membership function comprehensive evaluation results show that:Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi by N1P2K2fertilization of the highest scores, that’s the more suitable type fertilization scheme, under the fertilization the Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi nursery stock indexes comprehensive performance advantages.The optimum of the fertilization by Sindora glabra seedlings:urea337mg/individual,200mg/individual of superphosphate, potassium sulfate250mg/individual; Machilus pauhoi was:urea522mg/individual,300mg/individual of superphosphate, potassium sulfate362mg/individual.2. Through the pot experiment by Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi seedlings plant growth regulator control contrast, the results show that:(1)On the growth, GA3on growth of Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi seedling height growth promotion effect is significantly higher than the NAA and PP333. PP333on Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi were obviously dwarfing effect, but on the ground diameter growth of stimulative effect better. NAA in120mg/L concentration on Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi seedling height and ground diameter stimulative effect best, while in the240mg/L concentration of Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi seedling of stimulative effect best.(2)Physiological aspects, Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi leaf chlorophyll content in480mg/L NAA and240mg/L PP333treatment reaches the maximum value. GA3120mg/L treatment on Sindora glabra accumulation of soluble sugar and PP333480mg/L on Machilus pauhoi soluble sugar accumulation effect is best. soluble protein concentration the best with GA360mg/L and NAA240mg/L on the Sindora glabra and Machilus pauho. under the treatment of120mg/L GA3and NAA the Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi leaf POD activity were reached the maximum value; and under the treatment of60mg/L PP333and NAA the Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi root vigor most.(3)The principal component analysis and fuzzy membership function comprehensive evaluation shows that, under the treatment of120mg/L GA3and under the treatment of120mg/L NAA, Sindora glabra and Machilus pauhoi seedlings’growth and physiological indexes of comprehensive performance best, achieved the purpose of strong sprout. That is the more suitable type and concentration collocation by plant growth regulator.
