There are about80%of plan have mcorrhizal formation on the land.Mycorrhizal without strict specificity, and it is more common than nodules. There aretwo kinds of mcorrhizal: ectomycorrhiza and endomycorriza. Vesiculararbuscularmycorrhiza(AM) is the common one of endomycorriza. Mycorrhizal is a associationand mutual benefit which is msde up by fungi and root. The performance of symbioticis: Mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) can get its essential nutrients from roots, such as sugar; And plants can absord water and mineral substance from mcorrhizal, such asphosphorus(Bucher,2007;Finlay,2008). Symbiosis receptor-like kinase(SYMRK)plays an important role in the mutual recognition process of AMF and roots, when theassociation and mutual benefit is shaping. SYMRK is one of the7important genes inthe for ming process of legume plants’ mycorrhizal and nodules (Kistner etal.,2005).This study is about the influence of SYMRK of lathyrus sativus of legumeplants to the formation of tobacco mycorrhizal. The experiment found that the SYMRK gene can improve the infection rateof the AMF infect to the root of tobacco by tracking monitoring mycorrhizaldevelopment situation, and to a certain extent, improve the biomass of tobacco. At the same time, we have cloned the SYMRK gene from the grasses of rice. Our experimental groups will continue to explore the functions of this SYMRK genthrough the transgenic technology.
