| With the progress of our society and development of the economic,people’s living standard rises ceaselessly,the fruit quality and safety requirements are also continuously improved.The fruit is essential in people’s lives,it can give people with various needs of nutrients and elements,China is the world’s largest apple-producing country and consuming country,apple farming is an important part of China’s agriculture.In order to improve the quality and safety of apple fruit,bagging technology is widely used in the cultivation of apple.Apple bagging can not only make the fruit to be fully colored, to improve the appearance of the fruit,and can prevent the sewageã€dustã€pesticide pollution,reduce mechanical injury to the fruit,prevent the diseases and insect pests on fruit damage. The apple of bagging grown not only look beautiful,eat safety,but also has a wealth of nutrition.However the use of fruit bag improve the cost of the apple grown,then how to produce inexpensive and ecological fruit bag has become the current urgent problem.On the basis of the research results of ecological material compound fruit-cultivating bag machine achieved by the research group in Agriculture University of Hebei,The paper deals with improvement of fruit-cultivating bag machine, the fruit bag machine has been improved.It added automatic correction system on the basis of the original fruit-bag machine, and the fruit-bag machine has a higher accuracy, strong adaptability,faster correction, and can fully adapt to high-speed production.The correction control system is divided into three parts, the detection part, the control part and driving part.Detection part comprises a deviation detecting device and the measuring circuit,the detection device comprises the lens and photosensitive resistance, the value detected by the balanced bridge an the amplifier is sent to the A\D converter,so it can gain the digital signal that the microcontroller can receive;The control part is the microcontroller,it received the digital signal from the A\D converter,and it can get the corresponding output pulses through the look-up table,transmits it to the driving part.Driving part comprises the motor and motor drive,it receive the pulses that the microcontroller emits in order to drive the stepper motor,finally the deviation correction is finished,and it can produce the qualified fruit bag.Stepping motor as the driving equipment system,its stability affects the stability of the entire system.So the paper make Mathematical Modeling to the stepper motor,get the mathematical model,and use the fuzzy PID algorithm,analyze the stepping motor’s basic characteristics throughthe SIMULINK simulation in the MATLAB.The method illuminates the stepping motor has good steady-state performance, fast dynamic response, no overshoot, and high regulation precision,and it can perfectly used in the photoelectric Automatic Deviation-control System. |
