| Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. is parasitic plant. Many parasitize in the roots ofnitratia and Peganum harmala of Zygophy llaceae.In1904, the German microbiologists Lorenz Hiltner put forward the rhizosphere. The definition of the rhizosphere is the soil around the root, which is impacted bygrowth of the root. The rhizosphere have small environment, and there are a lot ofmicroorganisms, and the number is much higher than the another environment. Therhizosphere microorganisms have certain effect on plants. Because the Cynomoriumsongaricum Rupr. belongs to parasitic plants, the rhizosphere microorganisms mayhave a certain influence on the parasitic of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. The rhizosphere soil of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. were sampled in a year, and the rhizosphere microorganism of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. weie separated, purificated and counted. The study studied the morphological characteristics andphysiological and biochemical, analyzed the change of the number of the rhizospheremicroorganisms of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. in different time of a year.(1)24kinds of microorganisms are separated from the rhizosphere soil ofCynomorium songaricum Rupr., including16bacterias,3actinomyces,5fungis.(2) The bacterium of positive and the bacterium of negative are50%in16kindsof bacteria.(3) Bacterias and fungis are mostly of mesophilic bacteria, and actinomycetesfacultative thermophilic bacteria.(4) Most of the bacterias could live in broader pH, and living of actinomycetesand fungis require a higher pH.(5) The number of isolated bacterias, actinomyces, fungis is different in differenttime. The species of bacteria and the total number are most, and actinomycetesspecies are less than the fungi, but the number is more.(6) The number of three kinds of microbes, separating from soil, was least inJanuary12th2011. The number of bacteria and actinomyces sampling in August31st2011were more than the other sampling time. The number offungi sampling in November23th2010.(7) The microbial physiological and biochemical experiments of the rhizospheremicroorganisms of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. showed some of therhizosphere microorganisms can degrade cellulose, and inorganic phosphorus, etc. SY13and SY18have four kinds of function. SY3, SY21and SY22have3kinds of fuction. The study provided theoretical basis for studing the effect between therhizosphere microorganisms of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. and parasitism. |
