In this paper, the gas engine-driven and gas turbine-driven two kinds of typical gas distributed energy systems conducted applied research. It analyzes different gas distributed energy system processes applicable building type and gas engine and two types of gas turbine generator sets to drive the variation of the natural gas distributed energy system efficiency; engineering examples to determine its natural gas distributed energy system processes, the unit is configured and running, the control strategy. The main research contents are as follows.(1) It analyzes the form of waste heat and waste heat use of two generating sets on gas engine-driven and gas turbine-driven process of two natural gas distributed energy systems, the scope of application illustrate the form of a different gas generator sets driven CCHP system.(2) Gas engine-driven cogeneration system efficiency with the load rate variation on the basis of the first law of thermodynamics. Cold, heat and electricity load demand for gas engine driven cogeneration systems generally can not meet the user’s need to fill the fuel or power purchase in the heating season and cooling season internal combustion engine can not meet the load demand, the efficiency of the system with afterburning variation and purchase of electricity.(3) The principle of thermal equilibrium gas-steam combined cycle system efficiency, primary energy savings rate and heat to power ratio and other indicators of the variation with the extraction capacity. For gas turbine-driven cogeneration system unit configuration does not meet the user cold, heat, electricity load demand, research cogeneration system electricity in the heating season, the peak of the heating and cooling season electricity, cooling the peak of when the system efficiency, energy-saving rate and heat to power ratio and other indicators with the complement of the variation of the amount of fuel and purchase of electricity. (4) On basis of different for different users cooling, heating and power load demand, according to the user cold, heat and electricity load size relationship different to determine the associated configuration principles for the system unit configured in accordance with the load demand smaller load types, special circumstances should specific issuesspecific analysis.(5) As a high-speed railway station, a hospital, a shopping mall and a thermal power plants for example, it determine the applicable natural gas distributionenergy technology plan. unit configuration program, as well as operation and control strategy by analyzing the heat source of the four user status quo, cold, practical factors such as heat, electricity load demand, as well as the location of the construction of the project background and environmental requirements.
