Future advanced aircraft requires the ability to adapt to the speed and altitude changes inwide scope, according to different flight environment and mission, the timely change theaerodynamic layout, adjust the flight attitude,make it always maintain full-stage optimizationin the perform different tasks throughout the whole flight phase,to maximize the improvementof flight performance. So the intelligent aircraft is a hot topic in the field of aerospace, flightmechanics, smart materials and structures, aerodynamics and other related areas areconducting related research.The article based on the research of aircraft control surface flaperon characteristic, usethe principle of automatic control to design a set of aileron deflection adaptive mechanism,make the aircraft which under the unmanned condition can adaptive control of ailerondeflection,to achieve the purpose of correction aircraft flight attitude. Firstly, this paper hasdiscussed the aircraft attitude control theoretical explanations and calculation derivation.Secondly, make the theoretical analysis and formulation design,do theoretical analysis of eachexecution unit features,and then the design calculation of parts,use SolidWorks software tobuild a model for the structure of each parts of the organization,computer simulation ofassembling the various components,and finish the virtual assembly of the whole set ofinstitutions. Use SolidWorks simulation software do static analysis of the key parts of theadaptive deflection mechanism,observe the maximum static load stress, strain, displacementchanges, design optimization the parts which structural change largely,structure running tomeet the safety requirements. Lastly,use a servo motor as the power source for driving thewhole apparatus for motion,observing and recording the movement of each execution unitwhether meet the design requirements,the aileron deflection whether according to the requirements of the design.
