It is significant to study the autopilot, which is the most important part making up the Terminally Guided Projectile. The design and research of the autopilot are based on the mature technology of other product, according to the situation and the demand of the system discussed in this thesis. Based on the design of improving the mechanical structure of the source device, the integration design of the control unit, the miniaturization design of the inertial unit and the driving device, and the design of the overloading-resistibility of the autopilot, all kinds of the problems are solved. After the improvement, the autopilot of the Terminally Guided Projectile has the smaller cubage, the better reliability and the overloading-resistibility. The improved autopilot can work normally in all kinds of the tests, and make the miniature autopilot satisfy the demand of the system.The thesis discusses the miniaturization and the overloading-resistibility of the autopilot, and the main tasks are as follows:1.
