With many large capacity and high parameter nuclear power units being put into operation in China, it is more important than conventional generators in the safe and stable operation of the unit and strategic significance. As one of the practical and efficient transport unit operation skill training tools being recognized in the electric power industry at home and abroad, the real-time dynamic simulation system is self-evidently important for the safe and stable operation of the unit. The research and use of the nuclear power unit’dynamic simulation technology just start in our country, so researching nuclear power units full process full range of real-time dynamic simulation training system is urgently to be solved field one of the subject in nuclear power. Based on this, this paper takes The turbine ontology system of the DAY A WAN nuclear power900MW units as the object, researching the dynamic modeling and simulation. The main work is as follows:Based on understanding the characteristics of the structure of nuclear power steam turbine in detailed, this paper researches and analyzes the turbine operation characteristic, establishes the thermal system single-phase compressible fluid network model and general model matrix. In final, the fluid network calculation is converted to the solution of each node pressure linear equations. combined with nuclear power steam turbine thermodynamics properties, taking the turbine group as the node of the topological structure model, with the appropriate simplified conditions, we research the nuclear power turbine-group dynamic mathematical model, it can be formed a complete and certain general nuclear power units steam turbine ontology system dynamic mathematical model according to the steam flow turbine-group module superposition. Based on STAR-90simulation support system as development platform, according to the research achievements of the single-phase compressible fluid network model and nuclear power turbine-group dynamic mathematical model, this article establishes a nuclear power units steam turbine ontology system dynamic simulation model with certain general. The simulation experiment indicates that the model has a high static accuracy and good dynamic response characteristics, can be the key part of the full range of simulation training system model of the nuclear power station, also can provide theoretical reference data for the unit operation characteristic analysis, predicting the trend of steam turbine thermal characteristics.
