Hydraulic crawler crane is one of the essential equipment for engineering construction nowadays. With the development of Chinese economy, especially the growth of engineering construction, the demands for hydraulic crawler crane and its performance are increasing. Wherein, Electrical control system is at the core of the crawler crane for operating control, working condition testing and safety control, which exerts an extensive and significant influence upon its usability, operation, safety and market competitiveness etc.This paper is based on PR100(100t) hydraulic crawler crane developed by TEREX Shandong Topower Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd and makes an emphatic and thorough analysis of its design and model selection and Installation and debugging:(1) Analysis of various functions performed by electrical control system and design&model for the100t crawler crane.(2) Design of the electrical control system logic control and design the whole car electrical wiring diagram for the hydraulic crawler crane and utilization of professional knowledge for system optimization.(3) According to the electrical system logic control chart, compile software program, debugging and to achieve practical purposeThis paper mainly expounds on design procedures and application of electrical control system for the purpose of reducing crane failure rate and making it easy to maintain with highly-integrated human-computer interface, which is of great importance to guide crane design and manufacturing.
