The Alternating Current Excited Generator, which has features of variable speed constant frequency operation, superior steady-state and transient-state operation characteristics, is especially suitable for the renewable energy generation system such as hydropower generation with variable water head, pumping storage generation and wind-power generation. The appropriate excitation control strategy and excellent excitation power supply should be used to realize the good regulation performance, agility and reliability of operation for ACEG system. The control strategies of the ACEG under the grid normal operation condition and grid short-circuit fault condition have been deeply studied in this dissertation.This paper aims to put forward a kind of AC excited generator with intelligent fuzzy controller of novel excitation control strategy, research and design of Intelligent Decoupling Fuzzy excitation controller.In the grid side converter of traditional control scheme based on analysis of dual PWM converter DC link voltage fluctuation mechanism, research network voltage is normal to keep DC-link voltage stable dual PWM converter control strategy.A detailed analysis of the power system of AC excited generator transient behavior and rotor current causes, in-depth study of the grid short-circuit fault of AC excited generator and its excitation control strategy.PWM converter based excitation controller, for preliminary design, to achieve the dual PWM converter control strategy and intelligent fuzzy decoupled excitation control strategy...
