As the tunnel itself has improved linear program, to avoid geological disasters, reduce mileage and travel time, improve operational efficiency, improve the level of service roads and many other advantages, highway tunnel became an important part of the structure and play a very important role. Especially in the western region of China, mountain tunnel are increasingly showing more crucial advantage of the prominent position. However, due to the diversity of the tunnel construction project, the construction complexity of the environment, safety and other reasons led to our immature technology of tunnel construction safety management at this stage there are still many shortcomings. So how to do the safety work has become the top priority of tunnel construction.According to international research results and the tunnel construction site of the research, analysis of the current situation in China. The OHSMS (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) management theory applied to the highway mountain tunnel construction safety management study of the necessity and urgency. Its core theory:the risk of source identification, risk assessment, risk control, as this article of thought control. The highway mountain tunnel are more related to the special geological, due to reasons of security incidents is not the same. In this paper, the tunnel construction safety at major hazard identification, Especially for cave sites, emergence of water, sudden mud lots, gas explosion, rock burst, high temperature, location and other special focus on geological hazards identified. And the risk factors affecting tunnel safety and to collate and analyze the construction of the tunnel to conduct a comprehensive safety management identified Safety for evaluation system. In collate risk factors based on the safety evaluation system using AHP to determine the index weight and find out to quantify the risk factors to determine the index weight. AHP based on the use of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for mountain tunnel construction safety evaluation to assess the security status of the system. This evaluation model will be used in a tunnel projects under construction safety evaluation studies construction project of " Mei jia ao tunnel in Junlian County ". Management theory based on the evaluation results to improve the safety management system, the existence of the safety management system, the corresponding measures. Feedback of evaluation results through the formation of the closed dynamic management process, and then continuously improve the safety management system.
