The leaf spring is car used elastic element, often due to fatigue failure. Many factors can affect fatigue and practice has proved that theoretical calculation method cannnot accurately predict the fatigue life, so fatigue testing is particularly important. Leaf spring fatigue testing machine is an effective tool in the leaf spring life.Eccentric wheel leaf spring fatigue testing machine is a reliable, simple structure, low power consumption, simple control system machine, is widely used; however it must be shut down to change the rod length so as to adjust the amplitude. The adjusting process is complex and step, therefore regulating is also subject to certain restrictions.This article is based on the needs of an auto parts company in Jiangxi, The2DOF mechanism is used for improving the capability of Eccentric wheel leaf spring fatigue testing machine. The double-crank seven mechanism has been established to analyze mathematical model with its kinematic and dynamic parameter, and computing and simulink with Matlab their. Judged feasible, to carry out the overall design of the testing machine and parts design.The fatigue test machine has the advantages of the Eccentric wheel leaf spring fatigue testing machine; But Hybrid drive with the conventional motor and the servo motor-driven is more flexible. By changing the angle of the two cranks difference to change the amplitude can be achieved non-stop stepless adjusting.
