Transverse conveying system of inner frame paper is an important part incigarette packaging machine, its main body is gear four-bar linkage combiningmechanism. In order to adapt to the development of the ultra-high cigarette packagingmachine, using the modern advanced design method is very necessary. Packagingmachine transverse conveying system of inner frame paper gear four-bar linkagemechanism parametric design method was studied in this article.At first, the analysis and study on the basic theory of the gear four-bar linkagehave been given in this paper. And then, by using of the parametric method based onADAMS platform, kinematic model and dynamic model of the gear four-bar linkagehave been established, and moreover, designed out the gear four-bar linkage whichmeet the transport requirement that the inner frame paper be transport laterally by thecigarette packaging machine, and finally, the investigation in Shanghai has beenintroduced in brief, in what process, the author got a appropriate understanding on theuse of the gear four-bar linkage. The main research content of this paper can besummarized as follows:1, The basic theory of the gear four-bar mechanism has been introduced. Thenaccording to this theory the size constraints about the simple form of the gear four-barmechanism which widely use have been derived. At last, the balanced counterweightdesign bas been made2, With the help of ADAMS software, established the kinematic parametricmodel of gear four-bar linkage, and got the relationship between the changes in barlength and the rule of the motor output.3, The inner frame paper should be transported laterally, according to thisrequirement, fitting the required motor output rule curve of the gear four-bar linkage,and through the optimal method to get the required size ratio of the gear four-barlinkage.4, Using the ADAMS software, turned the counterweight of the gear four-barmechanism into parameters, and through experimental design method to find themechanism deputy campaign inertia counterweight parameter when it in the best forcestatus.5, According to the size proportion, the inertia counterweight and other data, combining the actual requirement of the production to design out the gear four-barcombined mechanism, then add ultra-high speed driver to the mechanism in theADAMS environment, then measuring the deputy campaign force status out.
