The large power Rubber V-belt Continuously Variable Transmission are widelyused in all-road vehicle、snowmobile and various kinds of agricultural machinery, itstransmission power can reach to130KW and its life get to300,000miles, It can meetthe requests of patrol speed in various terrains and also change the rate automaticallyat a quick speed according to complex topography when it travels at the full speed.International, By a serious of test methods to match them that different vehicle models,engine, running condition matching Rubber V-belt Continuously VariableTransmission,But there’s no actual theoretical basis to guide, thus speed propertiesresearch of the Rubber V-belt Continuously Variable Transmission possess importanttheoretical significance and practical value.The chief content of the paper includes the following aspects:(1) The structure and operating principle of Rubber V-belt ContinuouslyVariable Transmission is deeply analyzed, the process of speed regulation RubberV-belt Continuously Variable Transmission is summarized.it is the theoreticalfoundation of Rubber V-belt Continuously Variable Transmission is researched.(2) The formula of friction direction angle of the cornerite of driving wheel anddriven wheel is given.With dynamicarcarea changing, the changing regularity offriction direction angle is analyzed. Further, the influence of friction direction angleon the equivalent coefficient of friction and to limit skid torque. it also revises singlewheel of Rubber V-belt Continuously Variable Transmission(3)The mechanics analysis and geometric formula to V type rubber belt is theTheory foundation of mathematical model will be established. On the basis of singlepulley model and the pressurized model of rubber belt-type CVT, The pressurizedmodel of double pulley model is established. the relationships of rubber V-Belt CVT’sspeed ratio、crankshaft speed and load is given.(4) Under no-load, Changing speed curve of Rubber V-belt Continuously VariableTransmission is draw and analyzed. On the basis of changing speed curve, theinfluence of the main structural parameters that include the mass of Centrifugalblock、the equivalent radius of Centrifugal block、spring rate of driving wheel anddriven wheel on property of ratio changing. (5)Under rated load, Changing speed curve of Rubber V-belt ContinuouslyVariable Transmission is draw and analyzed.On the basis of changing speed curve,the influence of the main structural parameters that include the mass of Centrifugalblock、the equivalent radius of Centrifugal block、spring rate of driving wheel anddriven wheel on property of ratio changing.
